Taking his work as a Proxy seriously when the chips are down, he's equally serious about ensuring that both he and Belle are properly compensated for their efforts and while he can be mostly flexible: Wise won't typically work for free unless the circumstances are extenuating. His retail smile is flawless, and he has a gentle exterior that belies the amount of snark he can throw people's way, and is prone to playful teasing with the occasional flirtatious comment when he's in the mood for it.

Affable as he can be, however--He does not take kindly to coercion whether towards himself or clients, or his and Belle's system being tampered with, and will retaliate by the tenfold. He also holds a strong belief that so long as something can be rebuilt, it's not truly gone.
